Consultation Visits:

Please allow 7 to 10 days to set up a consultation visit if you are a new client. This visit will allow your pet and us to become familiar with each other and make your pet feel more at ease when the actual pet-sitting assignment begins. We will ask about your pets daily routine, diet, any medication needs, veterinary information, emergency contact numbers, and your travel plans. We will also need to see your pet’s current shot records. We will not be able to pet sit dogs who we have not had an initial visit with the owner present.

Keys:

If possible we would appreciate 2 sets of keys to whichever door you would prefer us to enter. We will return both sets on our last visit, or we will be glad to keep them on file for future visits.

Canceling Appointments:

We realize that travel plans can change at the last minute, but if possible we would appreciate at least 24 hours notice for all pet-sitting assignments that need to be canceled. If your trip is going to be delayed we will make sure that your pet will be cared for with any extra visits you may need, however as much notice as you can give us would also be appreciated.

Assignment Times:

We will try our best to visit your pets at the time you designate but due to certain times of the year being busier than others, traffic delays, weather, etc., we can not always guarantee a specific time of arrival.
We do not overbook pet sitting assignments, but we know emergencies arise and we will try our best to assist our clients in their time of need.
